A stone barn conversion in the North Yorkshire countryside, reimagined as a high-end holiday retreat. The brief focused on preserving the building’s agricultural character while introducing a warm, sociable interior. Bedrooms were formed from the original cow pens, with a generous open-plan kitchen and dining space at the heart of the home.
FAIR led the full FF&E, lighting, and accessories specification, presenting the scheme to client for approval and carefully value engineering the design to meet budget without compromising intent. FAIR managed procurement, supplier coordination, and delivery logistics through to installation, overseeing the project on site to completion.
