A three-floor pop-up retail experience for SportsShoes.com, delivered from design sign-off to installation within three months, including a two-week fit-out programme on a busy London high street.
Involved from the outset, supporting site surveys and demographic research to inform the concept. Working alongside the Creative Director throughout, FAIR helped to specify loose FF&E, lighting, material finishes, colour palette. Sourced both standard and bespoke display elements, including running mannequins, hanging banners, countdown clock, inflatable backdrop, and hand-finished bar stools to align with the brand.
Installation coincided with build completion, requiring close coordination of deliveries, signage, and curtain installation alongside contractor works to ensure successful delivery for launch.
