A sensitive transformation of an iconic racquets and fitness club, reinterpreting its Victorian heritage for a contemporary membership while introducing hospitality-led environments that support socialising, independent working, and events.
Working closely with the design team, FAIR sourced new suppliers to deliver cost-effective alternatives aligned with the project’s visual direction, without compromising on quality. Managing logistics, overseeing ex-works deliveries, freight collection, and customs processes.
Finishing touches included the selection and framing of original clubhouse prints, reinforcing the building’s heritage within a refreshed, contemporary setting.
